i dont know a lot about teeth whitening but you should go to the dentist to have it done cus they use peroxide which if not used properly can destroy your teeth
i dont think the ones u can buy urself will work without being dangerous
I know you don’t like it, and I didn’t either, but if you stick to the rules stridently, Crest Whitestrips really are the way to go. They do whiten your teeth, and in the allotted time.
Otherwise, you can try that old-time treatment and gargle a bit of hydrogen peroxide.
I used crest once, but I didn’t have the sensitivity you did. It worked pretty well for me, but my teeth weren’t too dull to begin with. I would suggest that you consider getting it done professionally. It’s more expensive, but it’s faster and you won’t have the soreness and irritation. All of the over the counter methods are basically the same, you could try to find one with lower peroxide content but you may still have irritation and pain.
ok, i was in the same position. i bought the 3d white crest toothpaste. it says youl see a difference in just 2 weeks but i saw a difference in just 4 days, i only brush twice a day and ive used it for about 3 weeks now and all my friends are commenting me on my whiter smile. i highly suggest it. it cost roughly 3.50 the same amount as any other toothpaste but this one really works. and if you wanna see really fast results i suggest combing the toothpaste with the 3D white mouth wash. my wedding is in the winter also. and trust me ive seen this toothpaste take away all sorts of stains. my mom used to be a smoker and had gross yellow stains. but now she has white teeth too.
My girlfriend recently used a product called white blast and she had some great results using it. I’d say it was about 2 weeks of using it that I certainly noticed the difference. It comes in a very professional kit and I am planning to pick up some for myself this week!
While whitening toothpastes can make your teeth appear a little lighter, by getting rid of stains, they do not actually bleach your teeth. if u want to whitening your teeth, u must use the products whith Peroxide
