   Dont use backing soda! A lot of people are suggesting that, and it does work, but it also destroy you dental enamel. Use a professional bleaching solution. There are a plenty out there. I had good luck with Idol White. They also offer a free trial, where you can test it out for free if it works for you. Dont overdo it, it bleaches very fast and strong Good luck
